Individual or organization account

Individual membership is one named TimeMatrix account. Organizations receive named seats, centralized billing, administration, contracting, and onboarding.

Market-data status

Account type does not automatically decide professional or non-professional data status. Classification follows the applicable provider or exchange rules.

No surprise entitlement fees

If a dataset requires a questionnaire, agreement, reporting, or additional fee, TimeMatrix presents it before enabling that data—not after checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Can I try TimeMatrix before paying?

Yes. The free AAPL chart lets you try indicators, drawing tools, and native Gann Square of 9 and Hexagon overlays without signing up or starting a timed trial. It uses Apple (AAPL) end-of-day data and does not save workspaces, charts, or templates. Signing in without membership also opens bounded AAPL research pages; it does not unlock other symbols or saving. Membership unlocks other supported symbols and saving.

Can I use cycle and astro research without a paid membership?

Yes. A signed-in account without membership can run bounded AAPL studies in Astro Event Lab and use AAPL Yearly Cycles and Highs/Lows research. Search, favorites, and saved templates or workspaces remain membership-only. The public AAPL chart needs no signup; none of these free workflows saves your work.

How much does TimeMatrix Charts cost?

TimeMatrix Charts costs $59.99 per month or $599 per year (USD). Both individual plans include the same complete production-ready toolkit, including Gann Square of 9 and Hexagon matrix overlays, financial astrology, the Daily Astro Event Lab zodiac backtester, Fixed Stars, and Nakshatra Anchors. Applicable taxes and separately disclosed data-license fees may apply; institutional access and custom development are quoted separately.

Who is an individual TimeMatrix membership for?

The individual membership is for one named user, including day traders, swing traders, long-term traders, investors, and W. D. Gann, financial astrology, or numerology researchers who want the complete production-ready toolkit.

Do monthly and annual members receive the same tools?

Yes. Both billing options include the same production-ready TimeMatrix features. The annual membership saves $120.88 compared with twelve monthly payments.

What happens when TimeMatrix releases a new feature?

New production-ready TimeMatrix tools are included in the membership. We will not place ordinary product improvements behind artificial upgrade tiers.

Is all market data real time?

No. Data timing and availability vary by market and provider. TimeMatrix identifies EOD, delayed, historical, and venue-specific data instead of representing every dataset as real time.

Can I cancel renewal?

Yes. Members can cancel future renewal through Stripe while retaining access through the paid period. The terms shown at checkout and the published Refund Policy control each purchase.

Why do some market-data feeds carry separate fees?

Some exchanges and data owners impose separate professional, real-time, or per-user fees. TimeMatrix will disclose any such cost before purchase; it will not be disguised as a feature upgrade.

Do you offer organization accounts?

Yes. Institutional access is priced after a consultation so we can understand your organization, required seats, onboarding, support, and licensed-data needs. We then provide a written proposal, with any unavoidable exchange or data-owner fees itemized separately.

Stripe securely processes payment details. TimeMatrix does not store complete card numbers.
