This Privacy Policy describes how TimeMatrix Charts ("TimeMatrix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use our websites, accounts, charts, watchlists, synthetic portfolios, saved work, and related services (the "Service"). TimeMatrix LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, is the operator and controller responsible for the practices described here.

This Policy is a notice, not a request to waive privacy rights. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you received this Policy. If you do not want TimeMatrix to process the information necessary to provide an account, do not create or use one.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we collect the following categories:

Account and authentication information

• Email address, username, and account identifiers
• Optional profile information, such as display name and profile links
• Account status, creation time, login time, and legal-acceptance record
• Authentication and security records

You submit a password when registering or signing in. The backend stores a one-way password hash rather than the plaintext password.

Saved research and user content

• Watchlists, symbols, dividers, and display preferences
• Charts, workspaces, revisions, drawings, indicators, scripts, and notes
• Alerts, screeners, filters, research settings, and saved charts
• Synthetic portfolio quantities, purchase dates, purchase prices, and colors
• Astrology, numerology, Gann-inspired, cycle, and symbolic research settings

Synthetic portfolio entries are research inputs. Do not enter account numbers, private keys, government identifiers, or other sensitive financial credentials into notes or saved fields.

Technical and usage information

• IP address and approximate location inferred from IP
• Browser, device, operating-system, language, and request information
• Pages and features used, timestamps, API requests, and referring pages
• Authentication, performance, error, security, and abuse-prevention logs
• Cookie, token, local-storage, and session identifiers

Communications and billing information

• Support, sales, legal, feedback, and privacy communications
• Subscription status, plan, invoice, transaction, and payment status for paid access
• Limited payment metadata received from a payment processor

Stripe, not TimeMatrix, collects full payment details for production checkout. TimeMatrix stores limited customer, subscription, invoice, transaction, and payment-status metadata and does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on its servers.

2. Sources of Information

We collect information:

• Directly from you when you register, configure features, save work, or contact us
• Automatically from your browser, device, and use of the Service
• From service providers that support authentication, hosting, security, billing, or communications
• From market-data and content providers for Service content, which may be associated with your saved symbol requests

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts
• Save and synchronize charts, workspaces, watchlists, portfolios, and preferences
• Provide requested market-research and software features
• Operate, test, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve reliability
• Detect fraud, abuse, attacks, and violations of our Terms
• Respond to support, privacy, legal, and billing requests
• Administer plans, payments, renewals, cancellations, and billing support
• Comply with law and enforce or defend legal rights
• Send operational or account communications

4. Legal Bases

Where a law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our contract with you, based on legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, with consent where requested, and to comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Cookies, Tokens, and Browser Storage

The current Service uses:

• An HTTP-only refresh-token cookie used for authentication
• Browser localStorage for the short-lived access token, account id, preferences, and local chart/workspace caches
• Session or in-memory state needed to operate interactive features
• Server and infrastructure logs needed for security and reliability

Browser storage is accessible to code running in your browser, except for the HTTP-only refresh cookie. Use a trusted device, sign out after using a shared device, and clear browser storage when appropriate. Blocking required storage can prevent authentication or saved preferences from working.

When you create an account, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and challenge-interaction information to detect automated abuse and returns a verification result to TimeMatrix. Cloudflare handles this information under its privacy terms.

TimeMatrix also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, visits, and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting to track individual visitors. TimeMatrix does not use it for advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking.

As of the date above, TimeMatrix does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral-advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide choices required by law.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information:

• To hosting, database, security, monitoring, email, support, and other vendors working for us
• To payment processors if you choose a paid service
• To data or content providers when needed to fulfill a requested feature, subject to our backend architecture and their terms
• To professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or financing sources under appropriate duties
• To authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security
• In a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale, or transfer involving the Service
• At your direction or with your consent

We do not sell personal information for money. As of the date above, we also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising. We do not disclose your password hash to market-data providers.

7. Market-Data Requests

TimeMatrix generally requests provider data through its backend, so a provider ordinarily receives requests from TimeMatrix infrastructure rather than directly from your browser. Saved symbols, watchlists, and feature requests can still reveal research interests within TimeMatrix systems and should be treated as user content.

8. Retention

We retain information only while reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing an active account, maintaining saved work, securing the Service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and provider obligations.

Account deletion removes the active account and user-owned records subject to database relationships. Limited deletion, legal-acceptance, fraud-prevention, security, transaction, backup, and legal-claim records may remain for a justified period. Backups and logs are overwritten or deleted on their ordinary schedules unless preservation is legally required. We may retain aggregated or deidentified information that no longer reasonably identifies you.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, password hashing, transport encryption, restricted backend credentials, and security monitoring. No service, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and device. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; to withdraw consent; or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where applicable, you may also opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. TimeMatrix does not currently conduct those three activities.

Submit a request through the Contact page or email us. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits, but we may require proof of authorization. You may appeal a denied request by replying with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11. Communications

You may receive transactional messages about authentication, security, policy changes, billing, or the operation of your account. These are not promotional messages. If optional marketing communications are introduced, they will include the choices required by law.

12. Children

The Service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that an ineligible child provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us about a suspected underage account.

13. International Processing

TimeMatrix and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws differ from those where you live. Mandatory privacy rights continue to apply where required. Before offering processing that requires a transfer mechanism, local representative, or other safeguard, we will implement the applicable measure or restrict that offering. Contact details for an appointed local representative will be added to this Policy when required.

14. Automated Decisions

Charts, rankings, screeners, heatmaps, and calculations are research outputs. TimeMatrix does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about users.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

External sites and independently controlled services have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not govern information you provide directly to them. Review their notices before submitting information.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required or when a material change warrants it. The updated Policy applies prospectively from its effective date.
