The Hexagon is a geometric number chart used in number theory and Gann-style analysis. While the Square of 9 is based on a square spiral, the Hexagon arranges numbers through a six-sided structure. Changing the shape changes the pattern, revealing relationships that a normal number line does not show.
What It Reveals
The Hexagon often highlights six-based structure, prime-number diagonals, prime squares, prime multiples, and repeating numerical sequences. It is best treated as a complementary number-structure tool rather than a replacement for the Square of 9.
Why Shape Matters
A normal number line shows numbers in a straight sequence. A geometric chart reorganizes those same numbers into a field of relationships. In a hexagonal layout, number families can cluster along specific regions and directional paths.
Hexagonal Rings
The hexagon layout expands from a center through six-sided rings of 6, 12, 18, and so on. This illustration numbers each ring by rows; the live workbench uses its own spiral placement. Specific diagonal patterns depend on that numbering choice.
Directional Paths
The degree wheel and spokes make the six directional paths easier to compare. In this framework, those paths can be used to study prime clusters, factors, and repeated diagonal structures.
A prime number is a number greater than 1 that is divisible only by 1 and itself. When numbers are arranged in a hexagonal structure, certain diagonals can reveal prime-number sequences and clusters.

Prime Squares
The Hexagon can reveal squares of prime numbers. This creates a bridge between prime-number theory and square-number theory.

These examples multiply two primes to give composite numbers. In Hexagon analysis, they may appear in repeating intervals or along specific diagonal paths.

The Hex overlay opened from the chart banner's Gann control and the Hexagon workbench below the chart are independent tools. They keep separate board snapshots, translations, notes, note colors, display settings, and saved state. Editing or resetting one does not modify the other. Request or apply the same change in both places explicitly when you want them to match.
Double-click a Hex cell to edit its symbol-specific note while normal dragging continues to pan. Reset Notes clears notes only in the active surface and geometry. Individual chart-overlay note saves and deletes, as well as Reset Notes, use chart Undo/Redo; the workbench uses its own history. In fullscreen workbench mode, Board Size and Orbs remain visible, and Load/Delete flyouts stay within the viewport.
A trader or researcher may use the Square of 9 to identify major price angles from a high or low, then use the Hexagon to check whether those same levels also appear near meaningful prime structures, prime squares, or prime multiples. The goal is not to force a prediction. The goal is to see whether multiple number systems point toward the same zone.
- A Square of 9 180-degree price level appears near historical support.
